Dyno/Emissions testing Terms and Conditions

1. The car must be tested no more than 7 days before the HHO cleaning process.
2. Once you have obtained the dyno/emissions test results, you must book an appointment for HHO cleaning.
3. The vehicle must be tested again after the HHO cleaning process.
4. The dyno/emissions test results must be sent to Info@dekarb.cleaning by email within 7 days of the test.
5. The cost of dyno testing is not included in the price of HHO cleaning.
6. The customer is responsible for providing a suitable vehicle for dyno testing.
7. DeKarb is not responsible for any damage that may occur during dyno testing.
8. DeKarb reserves the right to refuse dyno/emissions testing services to any customer at any time.
9. These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
10. The results of both tests must be sent to DeKarb by email within 7 days of issue date.
11. The customer agrees that the results of the tests may be used as marketing material by DeKarb.
12. DeKarb will not disclose any personal information of the customer, including their name, vehicle ID, phone number, address, etc.

Money-Back Guarantee

If the results of the first dyno test show no improvement in the vehicle’s performance or emissions after the HHO carbon cleaning service, the customer is entitled to make a claim for a refund of the HHO service fee. To make a claim, the customer must provide proof of the dyno test results and the date of the HHO service. The claim must be made within 7 days of the dyno test, and the refund will be issued within 30 days of the claim being approved. This guarantee only applies to the HHO service fee and not to any other fees or costs associated with the dyno test or any other services provided.

Note: The guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the HHO carbon cleaning agreement, and any fraudulent or false claims will not be accepted.

If you are not satisfied with the results of our HHO carbon cleaning service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date to discuss your concerns. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction with our service.

In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with your engine after our HHO carbon cleaning service, we will investigate the issue and, if necessary, provide a full refund of the service fee or offer a complimentary re-treatment of your engine.

Please note that our guarantee policy does not cover any pre-existing mechanical or electrical issues with your vehicle that may affect engine performance or fuel efficiency. Additionally, any modifications or alterations made to the engine or vehicle after our HHO carbon cleaning service may affect the effectiveness of the cleaning and void the guarantee.
